Overview
WhatsinMyContract.com ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We built this tool with privacy as a core principle — your contract text is never stored.
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not store, save, or log any contract text you paste into the tool.
- We do not require you to create an account or provide an email address.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your contract text to train AI models.
How Your Contract Text Is Processed
When you paste a contract and click Analyze, your text is sent directly to Anthropic's API for analysis and immediately discarded. It passes through our server in memory only — it is never written to a database or log file. Anthropic's API data handling is governed by their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
What We Do Collect
- Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit). These are used for security and performance monitoring only.
- Anonymous analytics data (page views, general usage patterns) via privacy-respecting analytics tools. No personally identifiable information is collected.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. If we use Google AdSense for advertising, Google may set cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at
